Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene strips are intact and undamaged.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
